NW Imports saved my car! and my sanity. I have a Nissan that I previously took to Lamb’s. After a $2,000 AC compressor change there, my car started making a loud rattling sound and they couldn’t fix it or gave me a clear answer. I didn’t know what else to do, so I kept driving it like that for a year. I was thinking about selling the car because the sound was so bad despite everything else was fine. Until I found NW Imports. They checked it and immediately found the real issue which was a worn-out engine mount. They fixed the rattling sound just like that. My car is already at 100k miles and now it feels like a 30k miles car. Huge thank you to Bob for patiently explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it, in a very clear way. Everyone there is professional, kind, and took good care of me. This is the best car shop I’ve ever been to, and I highly recommend them!!

I had an earlier issue, driven by miscommunication during my last visit . However, chose to give the place another try out of necessity as it is difficult to find honest automobile technicians out here. My experience, like every other i had prior to the last one reinforced my belief that this is the place to get your work done. My earlier issues were addressed , and exceptional service was provided as always. Zach went above and beyond to provide good service and also address earlier issues (not service related) due to miscommunication. I trust them, and thats saying a lot in a service industry where mistrust is the default. Will be back.

I’ve never had great experiences with mechanic shops before, especially when it comes to trusting them with a European car. Northwest Import completely changed that for me. I brought my Audi Q5 in for a check, and instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they were honest, clear, and gave me real options. The inspection was detailed and even included photos, which made everything easy to understand. I felt respected and never pressured. I would absolutely recommend Northwest Import to my ladies with European cars. Finding a shop you can trust like this is rare. Shoutout to Ross.
