Great experience buying a car here. Shane is awesome and they make the process of buying really easy. They also are up front and transparent about the cars in their inventory. They were flexible in terms of allowing us to have the vehicle checked by a third party as well (close by). I would definitely go here first for next car.

We had a terrible experience with this company. I highly advise not buying from them. They lied about the car being inspected and not needing anything done, however, they sold us a defective car with broken tie rods amongst multiple other issues. It failed the initial inspection less than 7 days from purchase and when we told them, they said the issues for the failed inspection were due to normal wear and tear and basically they were not responsible for that. I reminded them they looked directly in my face and shook my hand and assured me the car needed nothing repaired! We even had to pay a deductible and we had the car less than a week! They insisted on taking the car in to their shop and I now know why, they “fixed” the broken tie rods with used parts! I discovered this because we had to bring it back in a few months later due to an extremely loud engine and car shaking and the new shop said “if” the tie rods even were fixed, they were fixed with used parts! It cost over $2K to fix them and all of the other things that were wrong with the car. I understand there will be issues with a used car, but they told me straight to my face the car needed nothing. This was a flat out lie. Also, the car had less than 50k miles on it so I didn’t expect so many issues. I should have not been so gullible and lesson is learned. This was my daughters first car purchase and sadly, it has been such a disappointment as the car has had so many problems as it was a real lemon. Also, the fact that they blatantly lied to us is the main reason I do not recommend this business. The car was a piece of junk can the salesmen dishonest.

Paid $36,000 for a 2018 Porsche Cayenne VIN WP1AA2A28JKA00183 from 777 Auto LLC. Paid $900 to have it shipped to me in Texas. Upon receipt of the car, we had no temporary plates, no current registration or safety inspection. The registration that was in the car was the original one from 2018 done in Sarasota, FL. We received the car on a Wednesday and the left front headlight didn’t work, the back window had a tint that was so warped, we couldn’t see out it and the car also had a peculiar smell. The car couldn’t pass any safety inspection and we couldn’t register the car. I informed Chris about all these issues. He disputed everything that I told him but agreed that he would pay the fee to have it looked at by a luxury car approved mechanic. Five days later, I had the car inspected. I paid $229.50 to have an initial inspection done. Upon the completion of the inspection, the mechanic said that the light assembly was water damaged and someone attempted to repair it DIY with caulk. They also identified a water leak but would have to disassemble the car to see how serious the water damage was. They provided pictures and talked to Chris directly about the problem and told him it would be best for both of us to return the car. Chris disputed this also. He took no responsibly for any of the issues. I told him I wanted to return the car he said that wasn’t possible. He had three chances to fix the car. I told him I wanted to talk to the owner, Svetlin Popov , instead of him. He said that wasn’t possible and he spoke for the him. Finally, he agreed for us to return the car. He refused to pay for the return of the car because I complained too much and only agreed to pay half of the initial car inspection. I was charged $1000 to return a car I never drove. Do not conduct business with 777 Auto LLC. They are liars, bad actors and rip off artists that have no accountability for their vehicles and utter disrespect for buyers.
