Do not use this shop if you want a quality job done. They had one guy on my car for a while then swapped mid job without mentioning it. The second guy could not physically get under the car, so bolts were left off my bumper. A wire to my light was frayed. They left a BENT PIECE in my car. A different piece was not even installed right. The paint job was terrible. There were NEW dents on my car. Sand stuck in the paint. The corners were gunked up. THEY LEFT OVERSPRAY ON MY BACK PASSENGER DOORS. They said they would touch up some other paint dings? Yeah, nope. That didn’t happen. The icing on the cake? They left a SPIDER in my taillight. Geico said this shop will fix your car as cheap and “fast” as possible. (They also had my car two weeks longer than they stated, because they put it all back together then had to take it all back apart because they didn’t realize a different part was bent up. This ate up my insurance payout for diminished value, too.) I should have checked their BBB rating before I chose this shop. If this is the best they can do, I will not be returning to have them “fix” a job they couldn’t even do right.

Great customer service and highly satisfied with their work! Had a little hiccup after picking my car up. I called the shop and Marty took care of it right away. I’ve had repair work done on other vehicles over the years but their work made my SUV look like it just came from the factory.

My car suffered damage from a logging truck where a large piece of wood fell off and hit my bumper while driving on A1A. Joe's did a great job of replacing the bumper and tire rim. The paint looks great. My Mom had some repair work done here in 2020 as well, and they did a great job back then, which is why I came back. I hope I never have to go back, LOL, but if I do, I'll pick these guys every time. The staff was very friendly and kept me updated with the status of the repair.
