I am a new customer…. and a very happy one. I needed an oil change and stopped in yesterday to make an appointment. Frank’s was able to accommodate my request with an appointment just one day later. Service was prompt and efficient, shop personnel were so pleasant and helpful. I will be coming back regularly for routine service and maintenance on my car.

I realize that my inspection sticker was quite overdue. I panicked. I went here in between my jobs. They got me in right away. They were courteous, accommodating, and very efficient. They got me in and out of there in no time with plenty of time to get to my next appointment. I won’t go anywhere else now

I'm a relatively new customer who was referred by a friend to Frank's and so far my experiences have been exceptional. The staff are kind and respectful, explaining each element of the work along the way. Last month I stopped by in the middle of their busy day, with low air in several tires and one of the guys stopped what he was doing to help and happily checked and filled each tire. Yesterday, I stopped to get an inspection sticker, noting myself that there were only a few minutes left in their inspection hours, and again was welcomed and taken care of in short order. In me Frank's has found a customer for life.
