Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most! I was on the Cape on vacation with my family prior to the Fourth of July weekend when my Suburban broke down—talk about stressful timing. Thankfully, a friend recommended this incredible auto repair shop Leonard Automotive! From the moment we called, they were professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to help us out of a bind. Despite it being a busy holiday, they made time to diagnose the issue quickly and got us back on the road the very same day. The husband and wife owners are friendly, clearly knowledgeable and most of all honest. They explained everything clearly and charged a fair price—no surprise fees or upselling. We are so grateful for their help and can’t recommend them enough. If you’re ever in the area and need car repairs, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!

Matt and Kerry were able to take me in during an automotive crisis while on vacation. They were busy but understood my predicament. Even though the promised return time was max 72 hours (totally fair considering the busy season and last minute crisis call), Matt had the part ordered and the car fixed in 24 hours. I had a used car I was considering and brought it here to get checked over, and I am so thankful I did. They saved me from considering an absolute wreck of a car. As soon as they looked it over, they warned me to stay far away from it. I had a great experience with them. I had looked over yelp reviews for a mechanic that seemed trustworthy and fair, and that was certainly my experience. I really appreciated getting told the situation straight up and being warned off of basically being swindled. Wonderfully friendly and helpful. They got me in fast. And the price to get the car checked out was fair. I would highly recommend going there.
