I'm new to the area, so I had never been to any auto repair places, and of course you always worry about honesty and quality. Well, I'm here to say that based on my experience you need not be concerned about either if you bring your car to Cape Auto. From the moment I called, reaching a person right away, I knew I was in good hands. They were friendly yet professional on the phone and in person, and they were able to take a look at my car the same day. I had hoped my issue was minor, and indeed it was, the point being they could've told or charged me anything, but they were honest and I was amazed at the great price. And they even have a courtesy van! I don't write many reviews, but I felt the need to go out of my way to say how great Cape Auto is.

I am always impressed with the service at Cape Auto Service Center. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and really go the extra mile to help. Prices make sense and are very reasonable. After my experiences with other shops my service charges here always feel like a pleasant surprise -no kidding. You can immediately tell when you walk in that the shop is busy (that’s a good thing), but well organized, orderly and clean, and that the staff are happy too -very important! I’m very glad to have found Cape Auto Service Center in Plymouth.
