Lynn’s Road Service is hands-down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with! My 2011 F-250 6.7 diesel needed a new turbo, and John was incredible—empathetic, transparent, and handled everything from start to finish. He explained the repair clearly, offered flexible payment options to ease the financial strain, and had the truck ready quickly with fair pricing. He even stayed late to accommodate our tight schedule for pickup. A day later, I messed up big time trying to reset my SCT Livewire tuner, leaving the truck stranded in town, unable to start. After 5pm, John showed up in just 15 minutes! He spent over 4 hours diagnosing and fixing the issue with relentless dedication, then refused to charge me, saying he understood times were tough. Great team this place has! So after getting my chain jerked around by another mobile mechanic for 3 hours this guys got the call and jumped to it. We did have some hurdles to get across like a flat tire on the mobile mechanics truck and a seized up yoke on the drive shaft but John got me back on the road after a 16 hour road side breakdown. We travel in the winter to avoid the Illinois weather. We have found that it is difficult to find service for our Class C motorhome. The service engine light was staying on. We called several businesses seeking help. None of them would help us because we are a Class C motorhome. Lynn's Road Service was suggested, so we called them. Lynn's was happy to help us. He ran the diagnostics. He explained what was going on, made some adjustments, and we were on our way. Great business to work with. They were friendly and explained the problems so we could easily understand them. If we are in this area again and need work done we will definitely use them. Five stars all the way.
