They're just okay. I know other places in town that can do better than 8 cents a pound. When I first got there, the gate was closed and I didn't know what to do. I called them, but they didn't answer the phone. It wasn't until I saw another peddler pull up and stop in front of the gate, and then it opened, before I understood. The great thing is that they didn't demand an ID, because I realized when I rolled onto the scale the second time that I had forgotten my DL at home.

New location, they just moved to a very nice and very large location, a half a mile down the road at Chrisman and Alden Bender. New location is nice and clean, organized and it looks like they have a new truck scale as well so they can take larger scrap metal loads.. it’s nice that they’re open to the public and they pay good prices - also since they have moved to the new location, they get you in and out of there pretty quick!
