I had a very disappointing experience with Diego Atrain and MD Wilson Wrecker. After our car broke down, he charged us $200 to move the vehicle literally one block, without providing clear pricing upfront or getting authorization before loading the car. When we questioned the charge, he became rude and unprofessional instead of explaining the reasoning. We were also under the impression that according to city ordinances paid tow services include moving the vehicle a reasonable distance (up to 20 miles), but instead we were dropped just one block away for $200. Because of the lack of transparency, unauthorized loading, and rude behavior, we do NOT recommend Diego Atrain and this company.

Their driver harassed me on the road while I had my 80 yr old grandma with me. They blared their horn and almost crashed into my car like some kind of lunatic. It's these kinds of drivers that make the roads so dangerous in Texas. I should have called the cops on them for their behavior and unsafe driving.

My stepdaughters were stranded in a bad spot when car stopped on them and the officer who was assisting said we had to move it quickly. Called M D and they were there in 20 minutes like they said they'd be, beat the insurance company. The driver placed our vehicle perfectly in the driveway and was fast and cordial. The gentleman in the office treated us like family, came out to me so I didn't have to get my toddler out of the car. Each employee was helpful. I would definitely call them again but hopefully we don't have to LOL.
