This business conducts poor business practices. I attempted to cancel on order I made on eBay minutes after mistaking making the purchase. 4 Days later, I am told that it's too late to cancel this order. That is not okay. I would not recommend buying from a business that treats people this way. There are better businesses out there you should support instead.

Ordered a transfer case through ebay for pickup in Houston on friday, accidentally went to the wrong location ( i was more worried about making it on time before they closed) first location called the second and asked them if they could stay late since i drove 4 1/2 hours to pick up, battled through downtown Houston traffic for another hour. Got there 1/2 hour after closing, guy was super nice helped me load my part and was on my way. I would 100% recommend these guys. Thanks again!
