Scheduled an oil change, waited for almost 2hrs to complete, then the nightmare starts within 10mins of leaving...I began hearing a disturbing loud scratching/screeching noise coming from the front of my vehicle, so immediately called and spoke with Miguel, who tried to deny any fault, and without even listening to what I told him what I thought was going on, says, no that noise you're hearing is coming from back of the car, that doesn't happen after an oil change. No kidding?! Immediately took my car back in, had them lift it, exactly as I had suspected, the mechanic failed to properly change the oil and hadn't properly installed the brand new cover panel, which completely damaged the part. Not only did Miguel and the guy who did the oil change continue to deny any wrong doing, they tried to gaslight me. When they realized I wasn't about playing stupid games with them, Miguel says he'd take responsibility and expects me to trust them to touch my car again after the damage caused from a routine oil change of all things. Thanks to Miguel and his team, I now have a zip tie holding the piece together. And even after repeatedly telling Miguel I will not allow them to lay a finger on my vehicle ever again, trying to push me to come back in to let them touch my car again. That is a big fat NO!!!
