Please be careful coming here. I've been a loyal customer for the last 3 years, but ive been noticing that everything i do an oil change they charge me more. At first I thought that because of prices going up on everything then maybe thay was the reason, but today I was in Palatka and decided to go somewhere else to the oil change. I was charged 1/2 the price as Sheppards, and rotated my tires in a decent amount of time. Sad to say but I won't be coming back here.

This is the place to go! We come to this area every Year for 2 months from NW Wisconsin. I had a check engine light come on yesterday. I researched local auto repair shops. Found this one. I went there this am and they cleared a simple code on our 22 Ram 1500. The nice lady said ill get the scanner. She told me the price, I said matters none. I need to make sure its nothing serious. The price was more than fair, she cleared the code and said have a nice day! I tried to pay her and she said we'll settle up next time if it happens again and get it fixed for you! That is a true USA small business! Highly recommended them! Not just for the price but the fact that she helped me right away! I was expecting to need to make an appointment. Who puts 5 qts of oil in a 4 qt engine?? SHEPPARDS GARAGE does. She told me they do it all the time. I made them remove the extra oil. The mechanic was very irate and yelling about having to do it. Then they only removed 1/2 qt of oil, leaving me to have to remove the other 1/2 qt. I had to buy a $28 hand pump from Autozone to finish their crappy work. So be very AWARE OF THEIR NEGLIGENT WORK. Remember they are also a repair shop, so this may be why they think it's OK to over fill your engine oil. Autozone told me not to run it the way it was overfilled, that it could cause too much oil pressure and damage my engine. I've always gotten 1 qt of oil returned to me out of the 5 qt bottle I supply them myself. She told me not to come back, if I didn't like the work they do. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SHEPPARDS GARAGE!! Would you?
