This place is genuinely a money grab. We parked in the parking right next to the newly open whataburger and it was full i mean completely drive thru covered the street and there was a line in there we were out for my birthday and we had already orders online but still had to wait for the order when we got there it was a ten minute wait max and the guy charged us 350 for time location and card fee tat really doesn’t smell any sence it was 8 minutes down the road and we had to wait outside for 1h and 15min for him to get there. Try ur best not to park on a tow zone in the clear water area cuz there people will steal ur money

Absolutely terrible experience. Our car was towed, and despite calling within 10 minutes of the tow, we were still made to wait hours to retrieve it. My son was up there waiting for him until I arrived. Zero communication skills, it was awful and completely Inconsistent. First, the woman on the phone insisted that I, as the vehicle owner, had to be present—even though I live an hour away. The tow driver said anyone could pick the car up as long as they had the keys. Second, we were charged over $300 for a tow that was literally five minutes down the road. On top of that, the driver claimed his iPad “didn’t have tap-to-pay” because he wanted CASH. ? Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company if you ever need help.

Towed a vehicle from a public lot. $417 to get it back. I hope that money was worth it. Because of this incident, I am moving an annual conference out of Clearwater Beach. This will cost the AC Hotel and the local restaurants more than $25,000 in annual revenue. Clearly, the area doesn’t value the money of tourism. Well done A1. I hope it was worth it.
