Brought in 2012 MercedesGLK for battery check, oil change etc…I thought service was very good…very open, great communication orally and in online report and they identified and fixed several additional things all pre-approved by me. Fixing anything on a Mercedes is always crazy expensive so I’m always horrified at the bill but I’m delighted to find a quality shop inVH close to my home. I have two of these old things so will undoubtedly be back soon.

Everyone I have come in contact with at MV Autoworks (yes you Angel and Tony) is helpful and genuinely personable. Their estimates are done quickly and the team works well with insurance companies for repair costs caused by an accident. Their communications with clients are spot on with the timing for appointments and updates. Last but not least the billing is done in a highly professional way with well detailed entries of the work completed and also work that needs to be done.
