Mike (the manager) and team diagnosed the issue (two oil leaks) immediately—complete with photos—and provided a clear, itemized estimate. Despite my tight 48-hour deadline to leave the state, they fit me in, provided a loaner vehicle, and finished the job by noon the next day. Efficient, transparent, and incredibly accommodating!
