Good customer service , the work they do is durable and their prices are decent. However when I bring my car in for service whether it is brakes, tune up ,oil change ect. My vehicle is in their shop from around 8 am to about 3:30 pm and without them also informing you if your vehicle is ready for pick up or not. I have personally went to pick up my vehicle multiple times around their closing time because no one has informed me my car was ready for pick up. Along with having to wait at least 10 minutes to get the receipt for “ work the have done all day” personally I prefer to pay a little more money to have a job done in a decent time and with a little more communication with the customer. I will not be coming back.

This shop does it all , I was told by another shop giving my car an oil change that my cv joint was worn out, but as the mechanic at R&S looked, it was in good shape. They found my strut was basically unattached, and the other side wasn't much better. I also found out they deal in tires. Unfortunately, I had mine put on somewhere else. Next time, I'll be going to R&S for tires, too I highly recommend
