SCAM❗️ STAY AWAY ❗️SCAM❗️ I was looking for my trailer since it was ready to be picked up after being inspected by insurance. When calling this place, the front desk had no idea where my trailer was, proceeded to transfer me to someone’s mobile phone who was more concerned about if I’m paying the storage fees than where my trailer is. Then I get transferred to the other side of the business which is their storage lot, they told me I have to call back to the front desk and speak to them about it. I told them I already did and they transferred me here. Soon, they magically were able to find my trailer and tell me I have to pay the fees to retrieve it. Insurance had called them yesterday and finalized the fee payment and told Insurance that it was ready for us to come and pick it up. Mind you, we drove almost 5 hours since we don’t live in the area. When I show up, I get told that I can’t take the trailer because the balance is not paid. Just yesterday, they told Insurance that the balance is settled and ready for us to pick it up but today is a different story. Even when I showed them the payment confirmation from insurance, they did not want to look at my phone at all and rudely told me “rules are rules”. Even on the phone with an insurance agent, confirming that they sent the check for the balance, they told us no. This is a way for them to have the customer leave without their trailer/car and charge more for storage lot fees ‼️‼️‼️ Also looking at their other reviews, they do terrible repairs and body work, would definitely stay away from these idiots.

First we got here at 11am they said the computer wasn’t working to come back in a hour they we got here they went to lunch from 12:00 to 1:45 they are just trying to make everything so complicated
