What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Came here for the first time for an oil change after buying my SUV from Doug Walters (also phenomenal!) Alex at the front desk was wonderful! Friendly, helpful and so courteous! I am so pleased with their service and staff! This will be my only place from now on for service! I’ve both of my cars to Walters for multiple services the past several years and always had a great experience and good price. Alex does a great job at communicating and coordinating every service visit so I always know what to expect and never have any surprises. They’re very honest and upfront about what they can and can’t do. One time Alex informed me they couldn’t do a particular repair so he referred me to another local mechanic that did the job cheap and well and saved me a ton of money. Walters is my first choice for auto repairs.

This team is fantastic. We bring our family cars here for maintenance regularly, but had an unexpected repair needed today. Alex and the team were able to get the repair done ( finding that the part was under warranty) saving us money while providing a speedy turn around.
