Poor management / friendly staff. Residents are not the enemy. Have full service on weekend. Someone can occupy a computer to update files and stickers for residents. Assign one of the weekend workers to do it…turning residents away is very inconvenient and rude especially with full vehicle.

Recycling driver opens our tote and never picks up our recycling. We met up with her once we were on our way to catch our flight. Trying to reason with her and see what she saw that made her leave her usual pink slip so we could take it out. She says she can’t see anything but then proceeds to empty our tote on the streets. We were shocked but we had to leave to catch our flight. Supervisor said she’s doing her job but how many bins does she open and empty out to see what’s in them. Next, She mentions race which is far from what we are thinking but then leads us to conclude that she perhaps has an issue. So the point they are making is that every other person recycles ? what they want them to. An absolute falsehood which we will never believe. They need to train their employees on how to behave responsibly on the streets. We are totally disgusted with the way they portray themselves in this department, very shameful. To think tax payers money pays these people is quite sad.
