Service quality is terrible. This place definitely needs a self checkout. The high school students that are employed there only wanna talk amongst themselves, and act as if you’re not in the store. Do better!!!!

My experience here was a 10/10. Miguel, helped me out right away, I had an issue with my lights he immediately went in and got the exact light bulbs I needed. He knows his car parts and I’m happy he helped me install them as well ??

I absolutely love this location because they have incredible staff like LUCY, who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that each member is served with kindness and grace. And then you have incredible Customer Service by BIJON who has such professionalism that seeps from the phone call all the way to the entire experience stepping foot in to the store. And last, but not least the management like FIL who praises the employees and also gives thanks to fellow veterans like myself. I shop here because of the atmosphere. I do not have much knowledge in the auto mechanic world so it is nice to have patient AND willing representatives to fill that gap with Professionalism in its GREATEST form. Thank you for another wonderful experience!
