Bella enjoys her walks on the premises and the other fur babies and owners. We both enjoy our apartment especially the outdoor spaces. The grounds are well kept and a pleasure to the eyes and nose. We both enjoy this beautiful place and all the friendly people that we have met. This is a community that has it all. The maintenance team is exceptional and the staff is fantastic as well. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving to this complex. Approximately one week ago, my ceiling began leaking. The issue has progressively worsened. Most recently, I spent the entire night changing soaked towels on the floor while listening to continuous water dripping from the ceiling. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a habitability issue. I reported the problem to the leasing office. Maintenance was sent, but no actual repair was performed. I was informed that nothing could be done at this time and was offered a bucket to collect the water. That was the proposed “solution.” I have since learned that multiple top-floor residents are experiencing similar roof leaks. If you are considering renting a top-floor unit, you should be aware of this ongoing issue. I pay approximately $3,500 per month for a 2,5 bedroom . Due to the active leak, one of the rooms is currently unusable. When I asked about rent adjustment given that part of the unit cannot be used and no repair has been completed, I was told that the complex does not make concessions, that they have attorneys, and that pursuing the matter would not benefit me. The tone of this response was dismissive and unprofessional. In addition to the unresolved maintenance issue, there is a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the property at various times of day. Parking enforcement also appears inconsistent, as vehicles are frequently parked improperly, including blocking lanes or occupying multiple spaces. For the rent being charged, the condition of the property and the handling of serious maintenance concerns are unacceptable. I am looking forward to the end of my lease.

Beautiful apartments. Attention to detail throughout. Well kept grounds with nice views. Office staff and maintenance guys are top notch. Expensive rents are the only down side.
