Kind and professional. Alex helped me out when my vehicle overheated. The place my insurance company recommended to me was way over priced and rude. I was getting other prices when I found this company, alex was very helpful, giving me step by step instructions how things would work (as it was the first time I’ve ever needed a tow) and was very patient with all my questions. On February 25th 2026 Kare Auto Tow transported my 1967 E-Type (XKE) Jaguar within Houston to my new residence. They arrived for pick at the agreed time and carefully and efficiently loaded my Jaguar on their flatbed transport vehicle, securing it well for the trip. They arrived at my new residence a short while later and carefully unloaded my car and placed it in my garage. I 2as completely satisfied with their service and would definitely call on them again if needed.

Mr. Alex and his son Alex were absolutely amazing to work with. Friendly, respectful, and very professional, they went above and beyond to do everything they could to pull my truck out. Their communication was also outstanding at keeping me updated with where they were and the process it would take. They brought both a wrecker and jeep with winches to make absolutely sure they had everything necessary to do their job. They also worked with my insurance in a polite and professional manner to make sure the job was covered appropriately. Thank you both again so much for your assistance!
