Super nice and quick! I left the other tow truck (Superior Wrecker Service) a terrible review. The other tow service manager couldn't tell my when someone would be able to get to my husband who was on the side of the road in the JULY heat and that guy was so rude, spoke over me and THEN CANCELLED the service after telling us it would be an hour before they could get to him without telling us. So after waiting an hour for no one to show up we called and got Hawara who saved my hubby and my car in the pouring rain and heat. THANK YOU!!!!xoxo

I would recommend this service to others. My vehicle died in the parking garage of my office so I found this tow truck service online. When I called the number the man was very kind and immediately gave me a rate when I told him that I needed my vehicle towed to another side of town. I found this refreshing since most places ask a million questions and you feel like you're haggling a price rather than paying for a service. The price was very fair and I didn't feel like I was getting a bad deal. The owner/driver was very accommodating to my company garage policy as they do not allow tow trucks to come in and tow in fear of damaging other vehicles. However, the driver was very professional and worked with our security to make sure everything was in compliance. Once he delivered my vehicle to the mechanic shop of my choosing, he called me to let me know it was delivered. I would 100 percent recommend this tow truck service!

I called Hawara Auto Wrecker today at 2200 and they were here within 15-20 minutes. Not only did they get here fast but were very courteous, patient, and very well priced. I am absolutely likely to call them again if I am ever in need of their services in the future.
