Update from 8-1-25.... walked in at 3:20pm for an oil change.... was told they weren't taking anyone else because there were too many people already waiting.... this place is a joke. Spend your money somewhere that values it's customers because this place gives zero F's. This place really sucks lately.... use to be pretty good. Last time I got an oil change the guy couldn't reset the oil life Guage in the vehicle because he claimed the guy "left with the tool to do it". Literally a 15 second Google search has it reset in under a minute. Between that and never doing stickers..... just stay away, this place is terrible now. Response: of course I'm a customer Dave, why would I make this story up? The kid that changed the oil couldn't figure out how to reset the light so he lied about it. Why is that hard to believe?

The customer service was great. The woman a reception was helpful and jovial.i went for an inspection sticker and they were backed up so she took my name and number and let me drop it off and I could pick up when ready. I get that most places do this but the conversation that comes when speaking to the staff is something to envy. They are all so happy even with cars packing up. I can't get over how kind each and everyone of them are.

Go somewhere else. While i didn't go here for service, i went to Fitchburg, which is managed and owned by the same individual as this store. Basically i was calling to let them know They forgot my oil fill cap. Tried to deny all responsibility, as there is no evidence therefore i cannot argue, but i know for a fact it was them. When calling to complain. I had to deal with this site and it's highly immature owner. When dealing with these ppl they will attempt to berate, name-call, they refuse to accept any responsibility - see their replies to other 1 star reviews. All around unprofessional and way to expensive for service, which has 0 quality and you will... You will have to redo all their work to confirm they did it right. Might as well do the simple job yourself. File a bbb complaint as well if going to submit a 1 star review. For record keeping purposes and case building. We don't need these irresponsible people in this business. Frankly any business
