It has been a "HORRIBLE" experience dealing with their service department. First-time I was there for a software recall was great. Now 3 months to perform actual warranty work and got so many really dumb excuses. It's approved, it's rejected, approved again and waiting for part. Oh, wait now rejected again. That's besides the other open recall work that were waiting for parts that I am not sure they were even ordered anymore. All of these while blaming management that quit or left according to their own texts. After speaking with VW of america they are not sure why they would not repair as it's a known issue and under warranty. I have owned and currently own multiple vehicles with different makes and this dealership has by far been the worst for service. I was trying to get a quote for a damaged parking sensor and it took 1 month.
