I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Carter’s Towing. From the moment I called at 5 PM, they exceeded all expectations. I was a bit nervous at first because I drive a Tesla with all-wheel drive, and I know not every towing company handles those correctly. Within minutes, they reassured me and immediately dispatched a flatbed — arriving by 5:30 even after hours to help me out. Justin, the service tech who picked me up, was professional, kind, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He handled my vehicle with extreme care and had it safely delivered straight to the tire shop without any stress on my end. We had a great conversation the whole ride! I also have to mention Michele, the owner, who is absolutely wonderful. I’ve worked with her a few times, and each experience has been nothing but positive. She’s friendly, efficient, and truly cares about her customers. If you want fast, professional, and friendly towing service you can trust — especially for specialty vehicles — I can’t recommend Carter’s Towing enough. They even go above and beyond after hours to make sure you’re taken care of.
