My car was towed in Sunday evening. I left the key. It is now 2 Days later and the person barely answered the phone and let me know that they would call me today with some sort of diagnostic. I waited till just about 5:00. When they closed. they didn't answer the phone. The phone picks up and you hear mechanical noises and then it hangs up. They have no voicemail and then when the guy finally answered he told me as he told me before they are slammed and he hasn't gotten to my car. All it takes is a phone call. All it takes is communication. That way I could have fixed my car up and moved on so he told me come pick up your car then with an attitude raising his voice. I am beyond pissed off. My car was not randomly dropped off , it was towed there after I read your reviews, I left 2 messages regarding the car,.and the situation. I could have been called and told it couldn't be fit in and that ( because I am NOT a current customer) that's insane . I never called and insisted or called numerous times knowing that you were busy and respecting the fact that I could expect a call in regards to a diagnosis and we could go from there. But because you were quote slammed" after 2 days you didn't even call me once to explain the situation. I am now in desperate need of help with my car. I have a family and will miss work. When I said with all due respect I meant that and you mockingly replied back. With all due respect I told you we were slammed just wow. If we can work this out , reasonably I'll leave car and pray for the right thing to be done. I'll kindly remove this review , which is incredibly accurate.

Took my girlfriend's car there to see about an exhaust leak and he diagnosed the problem and gave me a referral to another specialty shop. He did not charge for diagnostic fee. 10/10

I have been a customer since it opened and have recommended the business to dozens of friends and family. Not one has ever had a bad experience or was overcharged. It's the most honest and reliable place to get your vehicle repaired in my opinion.
