I would certainly choose Loh Brothers again. I needed a car transported from the Copart auction to my home. Ryan answered the phone and mentioned he had experience with auction deliveries. He was professional and well-informed. I contacted a few other companies, and Loh Brothers offered the best price. When I called back to arrange the transport, Ryan assisted me in finalizing the details. He even contacted the yard to clarify some of the pick-up arrangements. The driver collected the car promptly and delivered it to my home quickly. The driver was courteous and handled the vehicle with care. They charged the agreed-upon price. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

I had my first bad experience with a tow company. LOH BROTHERS towed my car from one parking lot to the parking lot at my residence. When the tow driver arrived he expressed how difficult it was get my car onto the lift because my steering wheel was locked, before towing they were aware that I lost the keys to the car, so when the driver arrived with my car he had a hard time getting my car off the lift. He expressed several times how he needed to get my car off his lift because he had an emergency to get to. Finally he gets my car off the lift but couldn't get it properly in a parking spot, my car was diagonally across two parking spots away from the curb with the back of the car hanging out into the street of the lot. I totally understand the challenge but to tow my car and leave it in a unsafe spot in turn leaving me with an emergency situation to rush off to an emergency was unprofessional. If my car was a problem to tow to begin with then the so call professional should have left the car where it was then create another problem for me. So no I'm not pleased at all with LOH BROTHERS and I will be filing a complaint to triple A who hired them to tow my car.
