Awesome staff! As a woman going in you never know if you’ll be ripped off, but these guys are well -moralized staff. I felt very comfortable and received more information on the issue I was having with my vehicle. You won’t feel bamboozled , you’ll feel more educated after you leave here. 5 star because my problem was solved and the customer service is great !

Totally great experience from the moment i walked in. I highly recommend this shop very thorough process sent pictures of everything along with details. Kyle is awesome super transparent very honest didn’t try to just sell me parts or labor he explained everything in detail gave me different options. Only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because i did not get any repairs done in my situation it was not worth it but the entire process was pleasant. I recommend this place, and i highly recommend Kyle! A&E is a good shop forsure i will be returning if needed, hopefully not anytime soon :)

We were in town (Port Charlotte) for a few days, driving from Upstate NY, visiting family, and our A/C went. Calling a couple different places, we talked w Theresa and, understanding our situation, they got us in same day, within a few hours, and had our A/C fixed and oil changed in a less than 2 hours...for less than quoted! They went over and above and gave us excellent service! The atmosphere while we waited was clean, comfortable and peaceful. They also have a prayer room to spend time w God while you wait (Praise the Lord)! Garages often have a reputation of ripping you off, especially if you're from out of town. We can honestly say we were not taken advantage of. We felt like long-time customers. Thank you, A&E Auto Repair, for giving us top notch customer service! God bless you and your work! P.S. They gave us a little Jesus when they were done, because "we can all use a little Jesus"!
