I can’t say enough good about this place. I’ve been through the wringer with dealerships!!! After months of shopping and researching I bought a used car in great condition, I wanted a post buy inspection to be sure. And planned on putting any fixes into it if needed. I made the mistake of going to a dealership. Being a single woman walking into a mechanic shop can be nerve wrecking… I’ve always had to try and be brave act tough and try not to get taken for a fool… I never got that on edge vibe here at Empire!!! Im very impressed! I was welcomed made to feel comfortable and treated so well! Greg was able to explain everything without making me feel stupid he was actually very re assuring and I felt that he was honest and genuine. When I needed to be shown things or needed explanation I was not made to feel like a bother… I was able to calmly make decisions for myself and was not pressured into anything. They complimented my car and the work came in thousands under the dealership quote! They found a much needed issue that the dealership did not find and also found that a few things said to be wrong were in fact perfect!!! Listen maintenance on imported cars is not cheap and neither am I, But I wouldn’t give a dishonest person or business one penny I work too hard!!! Today I left with so much confidence in my car!!! Thank you Empire for treating me with respect and kindness and I look forward to building a relationship and keeping my beautiful car on the road for years to come!!!!! ✨?✨??✨??✨?

I went in for the first time this week with an appointment to have the brake fluid exchanged in my Jaguar. The lobby/waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff all seemed to be personable and knowledgeable Euro car enthusiasts. The shop looked clean and well organized. They got me in at the scheduled time and completed the work well and in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and transparent. I've been looking for a local place I can trust with my baby, and so far this is the place.

Everyone at Empire was professional yet friendly and personable. I had an 8:30 am appointment and they allowed me to leave the vehicle the afternoon before, which was such a convenience. Repairs were done in a timely manner and for a fair price for an import vehicle. I would encourage anyone with a foreign car to patronize this business.
