Been waiting to make a review for a while, this is the third motorcycle I’ve bought new from Motorsports International. There aren’t enough words to describe how absolutely Perfect everything is when purchasing a new motorcycle, easy to deal with. The staff are very knowledgeable (shout out to Eric, and Chris. Also the big man I forgot your name) I called Monday night knowing I wanted to purchase a bigger bike for this riding season. I was in contact with Eric. He answered all my questions thoroughly and got back to me within minutes to strike up a deal. Did all my paperwork and left a deposit down on the bike. Came in yesterday to finish up the paperwork, while waiting. I chatted with a bigger gentleman who was a pleasure to talk too. Discussed some other options (just incase) as I was looking for more of a highway fun commuter bike and one for weekend fun. After looking at a few options I settled on the CBR650R in the Grand Prix colorway. I got into the office with Chris for financing. I was out in 30 minutes give or take. Solid deal, good rebates and price cut. No BS no hidden fees, no outrageous upselling. It was amazing. Prior to purchasing this bike I bought a ninja 500 and a Yamaha R3 for my wife and I. Prior dealership experience was top notch. In my opinion skip every other dealership this is the right one. Outstanding. Thank you to everyone from Motorsports International

Update 10/03/25: They put a brand new wheel on my bike and even gave me the old one to take home if I wanted to sell it. Although everything took a while, and the inconvenience was there, I'm really glad that Patrick worked very hard on fixing the issues and went above and beyond to do so. Because of him, I'll definitely come back here for my next service. He gave me a follow-up call and asked how everything went and if I had any concerns. I really appreciated that as well. Update 09/05/25: Got a call from them that while they were changing my rear time, the tire machine unexpectedly malfunctioned which caused my wheel to detach and now my wheel has scratches on it. They will order a new wheel which will take a week to get. I'm glad everyone was okay but this is a huge inconvenience. I live far away and can't be taking time off from work. Not what I was expecting. Update 09/02/25: Service Manager Patrick reached out to me today and apologized for the huge inconvenience. He was very courteous and understanding and to resolve the issue, he offered me a freeze bronze Service and won't charge me any labor costs for the replacement tire! I will update my stars once they work on my bike and see how long this will take for them to finish. So far I'm now pleased. Great experience buying my 2024 Yamaha Tracer 9GT+. Eric and Chris are great in the sales department. They gave me discount when I bought the bike and the Akrapovic exhaust system together. Christopher really went above and beyond and took care of me. Was very happy with the delivery and installation of the exhaust system. However I'm not happy with their service department. Despite reaching out on their live web chat, they keep saying someone will reach out to me but that never happens. The first time, owner Jeremy reached out to me and apologized since they had low staff and overwhelming amount of motorcycles to go through. Which I totally understand. He was very apologetic and agreed with my concern. Now the second time I just need a basic chain maintenance. A half hour job max. I reached out to them 4 times for over a week and they always say someone will reach out to me. But that never happens. If you're looking for a bike, this is an awesome place to buy. But if you need service, I will look elsewhere. They also had me wait over 40 minutes one time in their service department and no one came back. All I asked them was to give me an update on the status of my bike. They put me on hold and just forgot.
