Lucky for me I contacted Marsha @ Nor-Lan Ram in Grande Prairie. Marsha worked me into an already busy service day and spent her afternoon running down a new pump. The team had the new pump installed in a couple hours!! Marsha, the diesel mechanic’s who worked on my truck, and the entire Nor-Lan team are AWESOME! Friendly, courteous, professional, and caring. Went into the service centre first to get the car repaired. The service desk got me in the same day as I was stranded which was awesome. High five to Tony for being accommodating. They did their best to fix the vehicle but to waiting on parts for 10 days I was unable to wait as hotel bills get expensive. I dealt with Don the fleet manager who was nothing but understanding and tried his best to get me back on the road so I could head home. I was able to get a new vehicle and out within a day and a half of getting the vehicle. Done went out of his way to ensure I could leave and get home safely. I appreciate all the help Tony, Don, and the team did to try and get me back on the road. I would recommend dealing with the dealership anytime. No hassles in sales, very honest, straight forward, and kept things straight without trying to sell into something lore expensive than needed. Top notch dealership.

Called to ask some questions their end of the phone was very noisy after repeating my first questions multiple times they hung up. im glad though after looking at these reviews there only seem to be 2 legit good reviews while the rest of the good ones almost seem as they were paid for or employees when you get the word mint repeatedly. also what kind of owner argues and calls a customer a liar on a public and open forum terrible business sense and customer service bud.

Literally saved my family home and our humble little business. I grew up a junk yard dog, recycling iron is in my blood. 7 yrs ago my life changed and my son at 6 yrs old got diagnosed with cancer. We had just endured a house fire that took every thing we had. No insurance and so things weren’t easy. Though God had a plan and over the last 4 yrs we have worked hard to not only make a new life in the peace country but also give back to community. Covid hit hard as we own a small cafe Scottys Burger Shack outside of GP. This spring we were so financially busted we literally almost lost Hope. I brought a bit of nonferrous iron to the gates of ABC in Grande Prarrie and was greeted by the amazing staff. Let me put this to you honestly. This is by far the best scrap metal business I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED. My family has recycled iron for nearly 35 yrs sold metal across the globe 🌎 and the love and honesty and fair treatment and professionalism received here has surpassed belief. Throughout the summer I’ve worked hard alongside the men and women at ABC to not only save our home from bankruptcy but also offer a decent fair rate to anyone I’ve had the privilege to help clean their yards and process their iron.ABC from our heart and home to each and every one of you.
