The guys over at Kool Country are awesome. We were headed back to Calgary when my car broke down in radium. This family run towing company was my first call and these guys were prompt and professional with their service and provided me as much help as they could. Their rates are pretty reasonable as well. I hope I never have to use their towing service again but if I have to they will be my first call.

10/10 best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. I was on vacation snowboarding in panorama as an 18 year old with 3 good friends. Last day there I fired up my car for the first time in 3 days and realized I have another misfire even though I just replaced spark plugs and wires a week ago. This Napa gave me a good deal on coil packs for my car and let me borrow the tools I needed to replace coil packs in their parking lot. Never rushed me through borrowing their tools and extremely friendly staff willing to give me a hand to fix my car so I could make my 6.5 hour journey back home safely with my friends. The older gentleman was fantastic helping me find the parts I needed and the younger man definitely saved me when I thought I stripped a screw he knew how to fix the problem for me. I strongly recommended this Napa to anyone who wants honest helpful workers.
