The guys over at Kool Country are awesome. We were headed back to Calgary when my car broke down in radium. This family run towing company was my first call and these guys were prompt and professional with their service and provided me as much help as they could. Their rates are pretty reasonable as well. I hope I never have to use their towing service again but if I have to they will be my first call.

Our car broke down in Radium and local Mechanic could not fix it. We had to be back home in less than 24 hours. We contacted AMA and they transferred the call to CAA and they in turn put us through to this Towing company. Ross quickly contacted us and confirmed they can tow our car back to Calgary the next morning. We did not have any means of transportation back to Calgary. Ross provided a towing truck with separate back passenger seat so we can go back home with our car. Their price was fair. Ross and the driver were very possessional. We had a great experience. They saved us from getting stuck in Radium for at least one Week. This company is what you can truly trust when needed. Definitely recommend them.Service: Long distance hauling

We had vehicle trouble going back to Calgary from Fairmont and Bruce saw us on the side of the road. He helped us a lot by checking our vehicle, bringing one of us to the nearest store to buy oil and brought us to a great mechanic. We cannot thank him enough. He is really a God-send. If not for him giving us a warning, a good advice and to OnLine Automotive Repair, we wouldn't have made it. He is amazing and we wish him and Kool Country Towing all the best in life!

Would not recommend anyone here, they charge you however much they want after you get their service, this place is like a monopoly. It's ridiculous.

I hired Kool Country to tow my vehicle from the edge of Invermere to the repair shop, they gave a fair price, and the guy showed up right away, and did a great job. There was even a little issue that came up but they corrected it politely and immediately. The people were very friendly and customer centric, so I'm a very happy customer. :) Recommended

My car got stuck in a ditch on New Years day! When we called they picked us up within 20 minutes and dropped us off to grab some breakfast while they got everything ready. We anticipated to wait for hours due to road conditions and it being new years day. Within an 1.5 they picked us up again and took us to grab my vehicle! Easiest tow experience I have ever had!

I'm from Alberta and stayed in Radium BC over the BC Day long weekend. I was ready to leave very early today Monday morning when I noticed my tire was literally flat but some air was holding inside. I called the BCAA roadside assistance and Tammy the operator took the call. She arranged with Kool Country Towing and Ross the manager of Kool Country called me and I told the situation what has occurred. Ross sent out Greg ( I believe that is his name) and he filled the tire with some air so I can drive to Gas Plus Advantage tire or auto repair to fix a slow leak in my tire in Radium since Ross knew the place would be open on holiday Monday. Kudos to Kool Country Towing and BCAA for getting me back on the road to Alberta!! And also to to mechanic Greg at Gas Plus Advantage auto repair in Radium who fixed my tire. I wanted to do a google review on the business but it did not list a website for the business.
