I booked a time through their central reservation, only to be contacted the day of the scheduled pickup to be told sorry we can't get to your location (Big White), because of the weather and Road conditions. I called OK Junk who immediately had truck enroute to my location. They had no issues getting to my location. Very professional and polite. I will definitely use their services again. Great bunch of people working here. I had 3 different people helping me, and each of them was fantastic. The buyer over email and phone. The worker who actually took the items out of my hands in the warehouse. And the worker with all the paperwork. I would recommend this business to everybody.

Excellent service and advice from Megan in the office. Jose the driver was as good a driver as we have come across whilst in this house as our driveway poses lots of issues to nearly everyone else! Very prompt would highly recommend these guys to anyone, my experience was 5 star without a doubt. Thanks once again from a very happy customer.
The guy ain't suppose to park his big truck and junk at home but he does against his business license. He fumes me out in my garden all the time he is loading and unloading wrecks in his yard. I asked him to stop but he doesn't stop. He has containers full of old tires at his home in his yard and he tries to sell them on facebook putting the subdivision at risk if there was a fire. Tires are highly toxic when burning.
Dealt with their competitor who left me high and dry! As soon as I called, they answered phone, texted back and gave appt time promptly! They came took my car and the driver ( missed his name - red head) was so polite ! They get it done quick !
