I booked a time through their central reservation, only to be contacted the day of the scheduled pickup to be told sorry we can't get to your location (Big White), because of the weather and Road conditions. I called OK Junk who immediately had truck enroute to my location. They had no issues getting to my location. Very professional and polite. I will definitely use their services again. Called to ask about a door lock on my old honda, Jenna on the phone was so friendly and very happy to help. I was updated regularly on the status of my order, when they were pulling it etc., and was able to get it delivered to my workplace as I work at a dealership.They have very friendly and personal service, and go above and beyond to help customers. I allways rent my car hauling trailer here. They usually have the U Haul trailer in stock when I need it. Much nicer thsn booking thru main Uhaul phone line. Very friendly service. Bought odds and ends there too.

I have been going to knox mountain metals for almost 10 years now, usually to sell. They are always honest and fair. The guy ain't suppose to park his big truck and junk at home but he does against his business license. He fumes me out in my garden all the time he is loading and unloading wrecks in his yard. I asked him to stop but he doesn't stop. He has containers full of old tires at his home in his yard and he tries to sell them on facebook putting the subdivision at risk if there was a fire. Tires are highly toxic when burning.
