I initially called a national 1-800 removal service to help me get rid of some broken furniture. I booked a time through their central reservation, only to be contacted the day of the scheduled pickup to be told sorry we can't get to your location (Big White), because of the weather and Road conditions. I called OK Junk who immediately had truck enroute to my location. They had no issues getting to my location. Very professional and polite. I will definitely use their services again. Nas was the best! What a friendly fellow, who obviously loves what he does, does it professional, quickly and on time without breaking my bank account! Not only did he get everything cleaned up, yes "cleaned" up in less than 20 minutes, he also took the time to eradicate my pesky wasp nests that were in the storage tent. I set out to find a small couch thinking it would take some time, and within 10 minutes Nasim was at my door delivering the perfect one! He responded to my message immediately, and showed up early with such a wonderful, cheerful, helpful attitude. I know exactly who I'll be calling in the future when I move. Called them last minute this AM to remove a LARGE pile of construction waste before drywall is delivered, and they came right out an hour after call. Spent hours removing it, and did a great job taking everything. Price was cheapest quote by quite a bit, I'd use them again for sure, and recommend!Was a little nervous at first as his truck didn't look professional, there was no decals on it etc... but he himself was very professional and the job he did speaks for itself.

I have used OK Junk for 5 jobs now. They communicate well, organize the junk and try and maximize recycling, and they invoice via email and it's all very professional and yet casual. I really like this crew. I have had many different companies help me over the years, and what I appreciate about them the most is how well they separate the junk materials and try and recycle the most.
