We called Joe early (7:00am!) Sunday morning to inquire about our 2010 vehicle that sadly needed a tow. Joe was honest and extremely helpful. He offered a great price for the car and was polite and on time. He called a couple of times to advise that he was running a bit late (15 minutes!) but in the end arrived at the originally scheduled time.We called another place the day before and were given a quote... when they arrived they reneged on the agreed upon price. BEWARE of scammers...there are a lot of them out there...Joe is NOT one of them!! I would highly recommend 'Scrap My Cars' for an honest, fair price and polite and on time service. Thank you Joe

One of the best companies you are ever going to deal with and if I could I would give them 10 STARS !!!! My initial call to Scrap Ur Auto and the pleasure of talking to Joe,who asked very simple questions as to my vehicle etc.I was offered a great price over the phone but asked me when it was convenient for me to be available to pick up the car as he already knew that I was at work. " When you are available,I will have my guy there based on a time that works for you" WOW !!! Picked a time and to pick up and was told that the driver will call before coming and not only did he call but was on time,I was not due to traffic.The driver Basim was professional and courteous " Don't rush,I will be here when you get here,please just drive safe " Needless to say the rest of the transaction went just as smooth and was done in about 10 minutes with no haggling on the price. I was then thanked for my business with a handshake and to call them if there was anything else we could do.
