We called Joe early (7:00am!) Sunday morning to inquire about our 2010 vehicle that sadly needed a tow. Joe was honest and extremely helpful. He offered a great price for the car and was polite and on time. He called a couple of times to advise that he was running a bit late (15 minutes!) but in the end arrived at the originally scheduled time.We called another place the day before and were given a quote... when they arrived they reneged on the agreed upon price. I spoke with him over the phone the day before. He quoted me a price that was better than the other scrapyards. We set an appointment and he was early. He was honest and very easy to deal with. We were all done in 10 minutes. Super Fast! Amazing experience and I will highly recommend!

He was really nice and came right away to pick up the car. Probably about an hour or so after I called him. Very efficient and gave me the best value for the car compared to others. Great customer service!! I am very happy and so was my dad :)

Offered nothing for my scrap vehicle. No point in contacting them if they offer nothing for you. I have a car here ready to go and he said he'll take it for free. There's scrappers that will give you actual cash for your vehicle. Do not recommend.
