Driving around the Brant St and Park St area has numerous recycling bins that were clearly tossed recklessly, leaving them in the middle of the driving lane for vehicles to hit. I drove by a car that had run over one. No doubt it did some damage to that vehicle. Most of the bins are black, which makes it difficult to see in the dark! There's no excuse for leaving dangerous objects in the middle of the road!! Someone is going to get hurt!
Called for pricing on bins for my friend who is hearing impa and he stated he was not comfortable giving me prices. My friend is on a budget so knowing an estimate is important.
