First time to Memorial Auto, and I would highly recommend. They were very professional and was able to see my truck the following day at 8am. They fixed the issue within 30 minutes and charged me 1/2 hour labor for $52When I inquired at the local Canadian Tire the previous day, they wanted $194 to fix the same issue.I will be returning to Memorial Auto in the future for all my vehicles.Service: Brakes

Just moved to Orillia and needed to find a reputable mechanic. After a quick chat with Mark, I realized that I have found an exceptional one! With minimal info and without sharing yet that I knew what the problem was with my Jeep, Mark gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I took it in and he had it fixed in no time. Not only that but Mark is probably one of the nicest guys I've met in Orillia so far (even went out of his way to give me a ride to and from the shop as I was in a bind and needed to get back home during the repair). Can't tell you what a difference it makes to feel instantly welcome to a new town with this type of hospitality and service. If I'd know sooner I would have made the drive out here even when I lived in the city. Thank you Mark & Team, I've definitely found my mechanic for life!

Mark and his team are real professionals in terms of customer service and auto mechanical works. I will not use another shop before stopping by theirs first. Honest people, no unnecessary sales, quick and nicely done turn around for your car.
