I contacted Joe and he was very honest on the phone, he explained how the process works, he booked an appointment with me for the same day!! His price was fantastic the best from anyone else and he included the tow as well. I will defiantly recommend Joe and his company to all my family and friends.     I used to get a fairly quick response regarding parts. This has changed. Maybe I'm looking for hard to find parts,I don't know but I don't think so.I've junked half a dozen cars there for the convenience. I feel they should offer more for cars than they do.Probably double. I don't think their valuation has been adjusted for 20 years.
