This was my first time having to say goodbye to a car. It just died one day so I took it to the mechanic and I paid for some work to be done to try and keep it running, unfortunately the engine was shot. I contacted Joe and he was very honest on the phone, he explained how the process works, he booked an appointment with me for the same day!! His price was fantastic the best from anyone else and he included the tow as well. I will defiantly recommend Joe and his company to all my family and friends. He picked up within hours, on the same day outside of the normal business hours. It was quick, and easy for me as I just had to drive the car onto the tow.
