Called in to order a part, discovered BEFORE I picked it up that a brand new one was only $10.00! I called back and said I did not need the part after all and they charged my card a 30% restocking fee! Basically saying it was not their problem. The lady we spoke to was incredibly unprofessional and rude. We are a business and I would NEVER speak to customers the way they did to us. I hadn't even picked up the part. We will never do business with them in the future and I would suggest no one else does either!
Customer for approx 5 years; they kept raising rates. Finally had enough and told them to pick up their bin. They did, and charged $700 pick up fee.Rip-off artists!! With much better company now, much cheaper
