At first everything was great. Then they started emptying the bin on random days. When we canceled the bin they picked it up a week earlier than agreed upon which cost us more money by having to haul garage to the local landfill. They also charged us a $75 pickup fee that was never discussed. Service: House & garage cleanouts

I've used Greenland for a few years now. They've always had reliable and friendly service. They explain all the charges to you in plain language so that you are not caught off guard.They offer a variety of different sized bins for a reasonable price.They deliver outside of Prince Albert which is a real dedication to the surrounding areas which often get left out from other services.You can walk in to order a bin or it can all be done over the phone.

moved by business here from loraas last year. never disappointed. Tami is by far the best person to deal with along with everyone else at greenland. Honestly i know its just a garbage disposal company but Tami treats me and my business like family and her customer service goes above and beyond everytime! wont ever use anyone else

Very disappointed with the so-called customer service and how they treat their clients. Over charged and commited fraud of charging without permission, and instead of admitting to their mistakes, blame the customers. Anyone who has used this company, please please please go through your bills and accounts with a fine tooth comb. They have been reported to bank and the BBB

Bin rental was easy ,we had the bin for a week and had it emptied twice. Pick up was within a day or so and easy as a phone call.Rates were fair i think, idn treally shop around.
