Awesome place. Paid more than anyone else!! This is the 2nd Vehicle I've sold them & I plan to sell one more to them soon!! I've also purchased parts here & they have the cleanest, nicest yard near me. Their prices for parts are actually much cheaper than that of other junk yards near me. I hated to part with vehicle but the damage was too bad to safely Repair. The van did it's Job tho, kept wife & daughter safe with only bumps/bruises. Customer care is priority with this company. I had an urgent situation where I lost my receipt from 2 years ago and needed a copy. I called after hours intending to leave a voicemail and the owner answered. He said he does not like to miss his customers calls. I explained my situation and he gave me the name who would contact me assured me they would go above and beyond to help me. Early the next morning I received a call asking if I got the email with my receipt and YES! River Valley Truck Parts doesn’t just sale parts, they care for their customers. Thank you!!!

Such nice folks. Always was nice to the kids when they brought their collection of aluminum cans. Always a pleasure to work with when I bring my stuff in. Honest, hard working and decent. True slice of America!!!

These people are very unreliable and un responsible. Bought an engine and they lured costumer with we will credit 100$ if you return the used motor. Bought the motor now the other motor is setting in the mechanic store for months and being charged fee while I am calling them every two weeks and the answer is give us 2. 3 days to pick it up. It never happened. They are bunch of useless people just gossiping around and they know people need the parts so they charge them whatever they tell them. WILL not be returning to this place and will not do any sort of business. You guys are very un professional. They don’t consider other people problems. You have to fulfill ur commitment or don’t say anything u can’t do.

This was hands down my best experience with an auto repair shop ever! I was on a road trip coming from Florida and I was having issues with the manual transmission in my 93 Civic leaking oil while passing through Kankakee IL. Having changed the front axles before the trip, it turns out I nicked the oil seal in the transaxle while installing the new axles. Having been on a very tight college kid budget, I couldn't afford much in the way of repairs. I managed to find the one specific part I needed at a local Honda dealership and I called Stevenson Auto to ask if they could simply take my provided part and install it. We were only passing through so we couldn't afford to stay in town very long either. They saw me that same morning that I called and had me in and out in an hour or so and for a very affordable price. They were incredibly friendly and respectful. Having done most of the work myself on my car, they were happy to explain and show everything they did in great detail. They were by far some of the most professional and competent mechanics I've every encountered. My encounter with them was in June of 2016, and since then I've received a thank you note and a Christmas card from them! Thank you Stevenson Auto Repair for being so thoughtful and professional, and thank you for helping us get this little 93 Civic through all 8,000 miles of our American road trip! Couldn't have done it without you!

Annon Auto Sales was the only junkyard in the area that had a Ford Explorer with a set of the polished rims. I was shocked that they were still there, as the truck has been in their yard for at least 9 months, according to their website. Their prices and customer service is excellent and unbeatable! Did I mention that their is no entry fee to get into their yard? Sure, the wheels were dirty and covered in brake dust, and I had to pull them off myself. However, Annon Auto has plenty of tools that you can borrow for free, from cheater bars to jacks to carts. After cleaning the wheels up and having them mounted on good tires, They look amazing! Pictures do not do them justice! I would highly recommend checking out Annon Auto Sales and supporting a local small business!

Highly recommend KUD auto parts for your next vehicle service! This auto shop is very professional and reasonable compared to other places. I was referred to the shop by a friend and must say, very happy with Kevin (owner) and his crew. Kevin is a very honest person who doesn't cut corners in servicing your vehicle.
