I was stranded on I-55 and my useless roadside service wouldn’t send someone for 2+ hours. My brother recommended Anderson Towing. The dispatchers were very nice and the driver responded quickly and was very pleasant seeing I was very stressed and upset. It’s terrifying being stuck on the interstate with so many crazy drivers whizzing past you and I just wanted to get myself and my car off the shoulder asap. Thank you for being prompt and for being the good in a bad situation. I’ll know who to call first next time!

Awesome place. Paid more than anyone else!! This is the 2nd Vehicle I've sold them & I plan to sell one more to them soon!! I've also purchased parts here & they have the cleanest, nicest yard near me. Their prices for parts are actually much cheaper than that of other junk yards near me. I hated to part with vehicle but the damage was too bad to safely Repair. The van did it's Job tho, kept wife & daughter safe with only bumps/bruises. This was hands down my best experience with an auto repair shop ever! I was on a road trip coming from Florida and I was having issues with the manual transmission in my 93 Civic leaking oil while passing through Kankakee IL. Having changed the front axles before the trip, it turns out I nicked the oil seal in the transaxle while installing the new axles. Having been on a very tight college kid budget, I couldn't afford much in the way of repairs. I managed to find the one specific part I needed at a local Honda dealership and I called Stevenson Auto to ask if they could simply take my provided part and install it. We were only passing through so we couldn't afford to stay in town very long either. They saw me that same morning that I called and had me in and out in an hour or so and for a very affordable price. They were incredibly friendly and respectful. Having done most of the work myself on my car, they were happy to explain and show everything they did in great detail. They were by far some of the most professional and competent mechanics I've every encountered. My encounter with them was in June of 2016, and since then I've received a thank you note and a Christmas card from them! Thank you Stevenson Auto Repair for being so thoughtful and professional, and thank you for helping us get this little 93 Civic through all 8,000 miles of our American road trip! Couldn't have done it without you!
