Awesome place. Paid more than anyone else!! This is the 2nd Vehicle I've sold them & I plan to sell one more to them soon!! I've also purchased parts here & they have the cleanest, nicest yard near me. Their prices for parts are actually much cheaper than that of other junk yards near me. I hated to part with vehicle but the damage was too bad to safely Repair. The van did it's Job tho, kept wife & daughter safe with only bumps/bruises. Don in truck 34 was very professional. He called me before arriving to give me a heads up and he got to my house at the time he said he would. The process was quick and easy and he definitely knew what he was doing. yes I use Victory Auto Wreckers for parts for my 2002 Saturn they always have what I want parts and Tires . the Saturn company does not exists so I find my parts at Victory they have excellent customer services , always ready ,and also I have an experience with Victory when I towed my car the towing driver was on time and he did excellent job removing the car from my Garage without any scratches to the property ,and also I was paid very good price for my Saturn 2002 excellent services

On Nov. 1, 2023, I'd made arrangements to sell my 1998 Toyota Corolla, which had been involved in a collision, to Victory. I'd never done anything like this before... I submitted their application form online. The evening of the day I sent this I got a phone call from them and we agreed on the price and made an appointment to close the sale and have the car towed. The day of this towing event I got a call from the towing company and the time for the pickup was sent. The young man "JL" arrived in his truck at noon as I'd been told he would. He was a very pleasant young man and I enjoyed talking with him while he was hooking my car (now theirs) up. He gave me the agreed upon payment, I gave him the title, and no muss, no fuss, the transaction and towing appointment was as pleasant and efficient as I could have hoped for. I'd definitely recommend Victory to others and thank them for taking the stress out of what has been, up until today, a pretty stressful situation (I'd driven that car for over 25 years and I loved it). My son totaled our car while we were out of town. I panicked when I got home on what I was going to do to get it out of the tow yard as quickly as possible as soon as I arrived back in Chicago. I called Victory Auto Wreckers and they were able to quickly book an appointment, came at the start of the time window they gave me and the driver called an hour beforehand so I could have plenty of time to get to the tow yard. It was the most pleasant and painless process I have had and would recommend them to everyone! The driver was extremely polite and professional. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish with getting the car and completing the paperwork and my nightmare getting my car out of the tow yard was finally over! Thank you Victory! The end of an era! I had to get rid of a car I'd left sitting in a garage at a place I moved away from last month. Got a quote from Victory and while they could do it, my jaw dropped when I learned they'd be permanently closing at the end of this month! 😭 Had some minor trouble when they needed to reschedule to bring a flatbed, since all the tires on the car were flat, but once that got settled, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The tower who hauled my car away was incredibly professional and courteous. Gave me the cash offer as agreed and had my car gone in like 20 minutes, even stuck in a garage with 4 flat tires. Overall, Victory did a great job and I'm glad I called them to junk this car. Wish they were staying open in case I ever need service like this again!

My car sat unused for sometime. I was avoiding calling on it. Once I finally did Victory Auto Wreckers made it so EASY and no funny business at all. They scheduled an appointment, said the tow truck driver would call that morning with a rough ETA. He called, said around 10am. He arrived a few minutes before 10. He had the cash $$$ price promised from when I called to schedule which was a concern. And all was good. In the future when my other cars are ready for the junkyard I will not hesitate at all to call Victory. They are outstanding.
