I bought a few apart from now that I really didn't need. They said on the receipt that I would be able to return turn it within 30 days. I was gonna return it back I kept it anyway, didn't expect for me to need it. So my pump end decided to act crazy so I end up putting the field. Fool pop that I got from them in my truck. I have a video of it. Leaking from one of the lines on the actual pump itself, almost closing electrical harm to my vehicle. Losing gaze and I'm very not satisfied with. Lift the service on the phone. Tell me if I can exchange it for something else. Tell me I didn't exchange it for something else. But when I asked them for a price for something else he told me. It would equal out the same amount for the other part that I pay for. For the field pump which they charge me a $100 for a use. Fuel pump, this place is very unprofessional. And I'll definitely will not be spinning over more money. I may be even looking forward to talking to a attorney about this because this is not right

This was my first time using Shifflet used auto parts. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I picked up a part the week before Christmas. For unforeseen reasons I could not use that part. I called to see if I could return it, and I was told that they would take it back and in the spirit of Christmas waive the restocking charge. They are a class act and they have gained a customer for life.

Sadly I cannot join everyone with their great reviews. I scheduled a pick up between 4-5pm for my car. Never got a phone call and waited for about 2 hours. I finally called and I was told they were on the way and they never showed up. I left a message and still no phone call. Can't recommend. Had to call another company to go pick up my car.

Got a great used battery here for $40. Staff & owner were nice enough to help me put the battery in the truck & take my old one for a few bucks. I highly recommend checking them out for batteries or other car parts you may need

Great salvage yard to pick from. Had 3 Dodge Caravan’s that I was able to grab door locks, taillight assemblies, and middle seats from. $50.00 for everything I got. More than pleased and will come back again!

Great prices, easy drop off, hardest part was finding the place, and that wasn't all that hard. Haven't found a better one in Hagerstown.

Excellent prices, but it's a very disorganized yard, cars are everywhere. There appears to be no order to the yard that I could find (etc. foreign versus domestics, trucks versus car, new models versus older cars). If you have the time and patience you can find excellent value here. I purchased two rear coils springs, two channel molding for the roof, and horn for my scion 2010 XB and the grand total was $42 dollars, excellent value.

Had a bunch of brake and suspension parts to get rid of. Heard the add on the radio for this place. Sounded good. When I called the phone hold music was the Sanford and Son music from the TV show. That's funny. I came out with my stuff and they weighed it and when I went to the office window to pick up my money I also got a t-shirt! This is a good place with a good vibe. Who would say that about a metal scrap yard? But the people there are friendly and I got my money. Thanks Mid Shore.

Fast, easy and usually great pricing. I really do hope they stay honest and they don’t play with the scale. I don’t have any complaints, I like to go here for the convenience and the rate on paper is great.
