WOW! Okay so I recently hit a deer and I was searching for a reliable body repair shop. I came across a few that we're overbooked and also came across a body shop that was super unprofessional. I told a good friend of mine of my past experiences, and he then told me about Andrews Garage. When I first went to Andrews Garage Jim at the front desk greeted me and introduced me to their mechanic Kevin. They we're very personable, informative and reliable. When picking up my car today I was astonished by their work. I almost wanted to cry lol. My cousin thought I had bought a new car and it definitely feels like I did. I used Junk Unlimited twice in the span of a month. The first time was on 7/3 over the July 4th weekend to clear out a small storage bin in my father's retirement community. I was very impressed that Ray was able to come out the same day over the holiday weekend and get the job done quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price.I next hired JU for a much larger job: to clear out my father's large independent living apartment (he had recently been transitioned to assisted living). I was able to sell of quite a bit of items including some large furniture pieces, but some items still remained, including a large breakfront and an old adjustable bed.Ray and another mover came out precisely at the scheduled time and were prepared for the job. They brought the necessary tools and contractor's bags to get things taken apart and moved out. Taking apart the breakfront and bed were big jobs, but Ray patiently got the job done.The total cost, again, was very reasonable and I was able to complete the clear out in time to sign the unit back to retirement community and release my dad from further payments. The clean out was a very stressful period for me and came up quickly and unexpectedly, but knowing that Ray and JU could handle the job really put my mind at ease. I received five star quality service from top to bottom. It was easy to book an appointment, the rep that contacted me was very responsive and attentive (because I booked my appointment the 1 day we decide to get a snow storm), they were very flexible with rescheduling my appointment because of the snow storm, and the three gentlemen that came to perform the service were punctual, professional, and speedy. I’ve dealt with contractors and movers for over 25 years and McLay have exceeded all expectations. Matt is a pleasure to deal with, he is responsive, prompt and excels in customer service. We had a short window and he was able to empty a house in half a day with 4 days notice!!! His workers were clean, efficient and respectful. Would give them 10 stars!!

I bought a few apart from now that I really didn't need. They said on the receipt that I would be able to return turn it within 30 days. I was gonna return it back I kept it anyway, didn't expect for me to need it. So my pump end decided to act crazy so I end up putting the field. Fool pop that I got from them in my truck. I have a video of it. Leaking from one of the lines on the actual pump itself, almost closing electrical harm to my vehicle. Losing gaze and I'm very not satisfied with. Lift the service on the phone. Tell me if I can exchange it for something else. Tell me I didn't exchange it for something else. But when I asked them for a price for something else he told me. It would equal out the same amount for the other part that I pay for. For the field pump which they charge me a $100 for a use. Fuel pump, this place is very unprofessional. And I'll definitely will not be spinning over more money. I may be even looking forward to talking to a attorney about this because this is not right

Sadly I cannot join everyone with their great reviews. I scheduled a pick up between 4-5pm for my car. Never got a phone call and waited for about 2 hours. I finally called and I was told they were on the way and they never showed up. I left a message and still no phone call. Can't recommend. Had to call another company to go pick up my car.

This was my first time using Shifflet used auto parts. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I picked up a part the week before Christmas. For unforeseen reasons I could not use that part. I called to see if I could return it, and I was told that they would take it back and in the spirit of Christmas waive the restocking charge. They are a class act and they have gained a customer for life.

Great salvage yard to pick from. Had 3 Dodge Caravan’s that I was able to grab door locks, taillight assemblies, and middle seats from. $50.00 for everything I got. More than pleased and will come back again!

Got a great used battery here for $40. Staff & owner were nice enough to help me put the battery in the truck & take my old one for a few bucks. I highly recommend checking them out for batteries or other car parts you may need
