This team was extremely friendly and professional! I called ahead because I had a 53 pound solid steel fire pit grill. No place else would take it. They welcomed me to come down and I backed up and some nice gentleman popped out and took the heavy thing out of my trunk for me. I received a slip and went to the office for my $2.65. This heavy item is gone from my home and it will bless somebody else. Praise the Lord! Definitely take your metal to these people and call ahead if you have any questions. The office manager is super friendly!

Hudson and Bob came out in less than 45min from when they were called. So literally SAME DAY CLEAN OUT!!😁 They hauled out many things including the heaviest being an old furnace. They were friendly, professional and careful when needed (such as not scraping up the walls as junk was removed). Thank you so much!! I hope Steve (your boss) knows how wonderful you both are!

Never again. Pretty much paid 1000 dollars for a bare block and heads. They torched and broke every single thing on this engine. Had to throw away almost every that was on the engine. Power steering pump was cut thru the hard lines, distributor broke, motor mounts, all sensors etc literally had to take every single thing off the engine. Ridiculous. That fat guy there was too worried about getting to his next meal apparently and just wanted the engine out. Claim engine only has 60k on it, thing looks like it’s been sitting in a river since 97. On top of that it was a PTO engine so that doubles the miles and hrs immediately. Un happy and never returning. Used to be a great place to get parts. Also stood there for 35 mins cause they couldn’t find my paid invoice.

I researched this company on behalf of my mother, who was seeking help repairing her 2003 Audi TT. The reviews were great, but you never know. After our experience, I can tell you that Mehdi is a great human being. Completely trustworthy. He appeared to have a wide array of foreign cars including Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen and Toyota’s. Go here first!!

I've been to here a few times to get parts for my car. They went above and beyond, even staying late one night to pull an axle for me so I'd have it the next morning. They even kept it inside overnight so it would dry. They're prices are very good. This place is about a 45 minute drive and I will still go there for all my parts needs. Highly recommend them if you need any parts.

These guys were Amazing!!! I had a junker (1999 cutlass) parked in the back of my house for years, it was time to get rid of it! My husband & I tried to tow winch it out ourselves with no luck, had other tow companies come out that flat out said they couldn't tow it out. Until I found All Tow Recovery, they responded fast to my text, came out first thing Monday morning and worked very hard until they got the car out! I know it wasn't an easy task but I am amazed at how well you did! Awesome job!! I will definitely call again if we ever need a tow. You guys are the best!! Thank you!

Came in with my Toyota and not only did he wait for me even after he was off he also helped me put the door in ! He was very very helpful my son even thanked him because he didn’t have to stay extra hours after he just got off work to wait on us and he didn’t have to help us put it on either but he did and i appreciate him the most for that ! You have a customer for life !

Charlie and his brother (at the front desk) are very knowledgeable and helped me out through the whole process. I needed parts pulled from a truck in the fields and the very next Saturday they were there ready to go and they even threw in the hardware for my project. 10/10 service and will gladly go back for truck parts again.

Mr. Offstein gave me hope that there’s still good people in this world . I was in a car accident last year and offstein towing is who came and towed my car bc it was totaled . Long story short the insurance company I was dealing with tried to leave me with 16000 in mitigation fees even though the accident wasn’t my fault. After months and months of disputes involving the mitigation fees with the insurance company, Mr. Offstein assured me he wasn’t going to stick me with the bill. Instead, he was very fair and he reasonably decreased the amount I owed to him in a way not to place further burden on me following the accident. I would definitely 10/10 recommend his services to anyone that is in need of them!!!!

Matt was wonderful, so incredibly kind! We’ve been trying to get rid of my car all weekend and came from 45 minutes away looking for a place to turn it over. When we arrived to the lot, there was no one available so I called the number and asked if they were open. Matt answered and explained that he was away helping another customer. I shared that we came from far away (which was NOT Matt’s fault at all) and though we had not called and spoke about the car we were hoping to turn it over today. Matt said that if we could wait, he could help and that he did. It was incredibly kind of Matt to allow us to wait so that we could turn the car over today. When he was gracious, generous, and quick. He carved time out for us on what was shaping out to be a busy day for him. Our daughter got to meet Mia which was a special treat. That kind of service and personality can be hard to find these days. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you!
