Josette who took care of me in this process was very nice, polite and helpful. Everyone else that was involved were nice and polite also. The only minor setback was that the driver was suppose to call me as for when he was coming to pick up the car, but he just showed up. So the person where my car was at called me asking about releasing my car and I told them please don't and tell the driver I'll be there in 15 minutes. Signed and received my check with no problems besides that.
