This place has awful costumer service, which is unfortunate because it’s an ok yard. I simply tried to buy a part, and he had said 10 dollars so I said is there any way we can go lower because well the part wasn’t in great shape by any means but better than nothing, so after talking for a second I pay the 10 dollars because he wouldn’t talk, then some man who acted like child coming off of a temper tantrum, came out the building aggressively at me and my friend because I had tired to talk the price down and after he escalated the situation way past what it needed to be he continued to fallow me to my car where I told him i’m already leaving this place and he doesn't need to fallow because I will surely never come back. Overall sad experience. oh also if whoever said that to me is reading this it’s not a Walmart bud that’s a retail store so no I wouldn’t try to talk down price at a retail store, but this my friend is a junkyard not a retail store, big difference! (I would 100% recommend other places nearby there are plenty that are way better in a 30 minute radius ) Edit-Your response has nothing to do with my original complaint it was not the price, while yes I did try to talk the price down, my complaint was how poorly you treat people because you think you can)

By far the best salvage yard I've ever been to and it's not close. The customer service separates Tri Town from everyone else. Questions are answered quickly, accommodations like putting a car on a block are made seamlessly, and the professionalism of staff is just incredible. Prices are EXTREMELY fair, online inventory is easy to use and accurate. I really enjoy going to this yard, anyone reading this should absolutely without a doubt check it out.

Look no further if you’re looking for professional, quick sale of old vehicles. I’m blown away at how quickly a truck was sent out to pick up an old truck. Less than 2 hours my driveway was cleared and cash in hand. Highly recommend. Thank you, Tri Town!
